Hi, I'm Chris. Please join me in supporting HOPE Worldwide and the Sihanouk Hospital Center of Hope in Cambodia!
I will once again be participating in 24 basketball games in 24 hours with no sleeping allowed. This will be my second year playing. Please help donate to help Hospitals in Cambodia and Hope Worldwide for local charities. I appreciate anything you can do to support this life-changing cause. The event is called, "Hoops For Hope" and will take place at UMass-Lowell, MA on Friday, April 14th from 8 A-M to April 15th to 8 A-M. Stop by and see us play.
I remember someone asking this question: What is the true challenge, raising money for a cause or playing basketball for 24 hours with no sleep? Well I can tell you it can be challenging to raise money for any cause, but it might be more challenging physically to play basketball for 24 hours, but I promise to do my part. I can also tell you this was also a very rewarding experience for me last year. I got to meet a lot of people of all ages who were all coming together for this special event.
I am asking donors to sponsor me for $1.00 an
hour, $2.00 an hour or $5.00 an hour. Any amount of donation, even less than a dollar an hour
or more than five dollars an hour, is deeply appreciated. I would like to ask if you would graciously support me in my efforts. I hope
to raise as much as possible for this charitable endeavor.
