Phil Arsenault

My name is Phil Arsenault and I am doing Hoops for HOPE for my seventh time. On April 14th and April 15th of this year I will be playing basketball for 24 hours along with 50 other participants.  I am raising money for the Sihanouk Hospital and HOPE Worldwide.  Please donate and help others who do not have the resources or ability to help themselves.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.
